We advise the customer to use a qualified legal representative. Complaints regarding the website content should be made in writing to the registered office of HolidayLetsOnline.com. Complaints regarding accommodation or other associated problems with any holiday should be directed to the owner/agent of the property/yacht but copied to HolidayLetsOnline.com c/o Customer Services Department for our information. It will be at the discretion of HolidayLetsOnline.com what, if any, further action will be taken by ourselves on receipt of a complaint.
